Handmade by me, each heart is hand cut from pieces of quilts.

Pocket hearts are available in several different colors - see pictures for options. Each heart is attached to card stock and adorns a little saying.

Please note: each fabric will have a different pattern due to all of them being cut from different places on the quilt, however the color scheme will be the same.

Each heart measures about 1.5" wide, 1.5” tall.

These hearts make great gifts for those who just need some extra support or to show someone is thinking about them.
